Considered to be the largest zoological park in the Philippines, Avilon Zoo is a 7.5 hectare sanctuary for more than 3000 specimens of exotic and indigenous animals.
Avilon Zoo currently has 600 species of birds, mammals, reptiles, fishes, as well as close to 400 species of plants. More than half of the plants in the zoo are endemic to the Philippines.
The zoo which is operated by Avilon Wildlife Conservation Foundation, Inc. is located in the picturesque valley of San Isidro, Rodriguez (formerly Montalban), Rizal.

Entrance Fees (as of April 2012)
• Php300.00 (Adult)
• Php200.00 (Children less than 3.5 feet)
• FREE (Children younger than a year old)
The zoo offer 20% discount on Senior Citizen Card Holders.
