Dubbed as the cleanest lake in Asia, Kayangan Lake is located in the island of Coron which is north of Palawan, Philippines. It is one of seven enchanting lakes of Coron, a sacred cultural site for the indigenous Tagbanua tribe.
The crystal clear water of Kayangan Lake is surrounded by rock mountains which are covered with green trees and plants. It’s best to visit the lake during summer and make sure to have your own snorkels so you can see the fishes that come near you.
The lake is a must to explore while visiting Palawan. There are small cottages and tourist information available. A fee of Php 200* per person is required before you can enter the lake.
