Originally used for sugarcane plantation when it was founded in 1880 by Don Placido Escudero and his wife Dona Claudia Arsenio Marasigan, the place was converted to coconut plantation in the early 1900s.
Guests can take a guided tour of the AERA Memorial Museum then enjoy a carabao drawn cart ride.
There are large cottages and apartment-style units which can accommodate from 1 to 10 individuals. They also have air-conditioned units to choose from.

Take the South superhighway and exit at 50A (Lucena, Legaspi, Batangas exit).
Turn left at the Sto. Tomas junction. Head straight down, by-passing the town of Alaminos and San Pablo City proper. Slow down upon seeing Quezon arch and turn left immediately after.
